Producing optimism direct from the field. Our operations model calls for best practices and constant monitoring to keep costs in check. In fact, we only drill where we know we can keep our costs satisfactory. We know that each property is different. We aim to reduce the number and size of our drill sites as much as possible in order to minimize our impact on our landowners.
GOOD SENSE OF DIRECTION
The key to a successful well is knowing where you are, where you’re going and how far you’ve gone at all times. Good directional people and good mud loggers help us track where we are so that when we drill, we drill right.
By knowing where we are and how our drilling is going, we know we’ll always be on target. This also allows us to cut down on wasted time and effort. We have established a model of business with built-in processes and steps to keep costs down and maximize profits without sacrificing quality or safety.
CREATING A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR LANDOWNERS
ARP Operating is acutely sensitive to the needs of our landowners. Our desire is to treat the land as if it were our own. That’s why we create as small a footprint as possible. We accommodate the landowner’s needs and carefully place access roads and pipelines to avoid disturbing the landscape as much as possible. We take pride in the way we leave a site.
Successful production is one part of the revenue stream; cutting costs is the other. We excel at both without cutting corners.
We will make it our focus to provide our partners and landowners with full and timely reporting. This will provide ARP Operating the ability to be an effective independent operator into the future.
